Another Note: PB & J

I tried the PB & J before the run on Saturday. It was fine except that I'm very very sensitive that time of morning about what I like and what I don't like. So, the bread was too thick. The bread I have needs to go anyway, because it's 110 calories per slice, and that's too much. I can do better than that. Even beyond the calories, it was too thick and could be softer. I do like them mushy, so I need to make them the night before and store them in the fridge so that I can have mushy sandwiches in the morning.
