My Presidential Candidates

Jesse, on his myspace blog, posted a link to a presidential candidate selector, which I did and here are my results. Not a surprise, as I've been praying for Al Gore to say he will run. FRUSTRATING!!

1. Theoretical Ideal Candidate (100%)
2. Al Gore (not announced) (67%)
3. Barack Obama (64%)
4. Wesley Clark (not announced) (64%)
5. Dennis Kucinich (63%)
6. Christopher Dodd (62%)
7. John Edwards (61%)
8. Joseph Biden (61%)
9. Hillary Clinton (59%)
10. Alan Augustson (campaign suspended) (57%)
11. Mike Gravel (49%)
12. Michael Bloomberg (not announced) (47%)
13. Bill Richardson (46%)
14. Ron Paul (45%)
15. Rudolph Giuliani (38%)
16. Kent McManigal (campaign suspended) (35%)
17. John McCain (34%)
18. Chuck Hagel (not announced) (31%)
19. Elaine Brown (30%)
20. Newt Gingrich (not announced) (27%)
21. Tommy Thompson (27%)
23. Mitt Romney (25%)
24. Fred Thompson (not announced) (22%)
25. Duncan Hunter (21%)
26. Sam Brownback (21%)
27. Jim Gilmore (withdrawn) (17%)
28. Tom Tancredo (16%)

Honestly, I want to know where the fictional presidents fall in the list. I think my list would look something like this:

1. Jed Bartlett (The West Wing)
2. Andrew Shephard (The American President)
3. Nathan Petrelli (Heroes -- he can fly, dammit!!)
4. Jack Stanton (Primary Colors... because I miss Clinton)
5. David Palmer (24)
6. Tom Beck (Deep Impact)
7. James Marshall (Air Force One)
8. Dave Kovic (Dave)
9. Thomas Whitmore (Independence Day - what a great speech!!)

Hell, at this point, I think I'd even take 24's president Logan over what we've got now, and he plotted to attack the US.
