The Twin Cities Marathon decided to strictly enforce the "no headphones" rule at marathons and scanned through the race photos to find people wearing headphones.  They disqualified 167 finishers and took their medals away.  What a big OUCH, and quite frankly, an overreaction to a rule that I'm not so sure that I believe in for non-elite runners...  Read here.
