Todd gave this one very high ratings, and in fact ate a ton even though he thought he wouldn't like it. We made it together, and instead of broiling, we actually cooked the recipe on the grill (on a grill pan). This worked out well and the end result was very delicious. We served it with the new Natural Rice-a-Roni (although I question how much healthier that Rice-a-Roni is, but it was very tasty), and zucchini & onions sauteed on the grill.
