HBBC Check In

HBBC Logo I haven't checked in on the Bootie Buster Challenge in a while, so let's see how I'm doing.  I haven't been food journaling, so I don't have a record of fruits and veggies, so I'm earning no points for that.

Points:
1 Point per mile (run/walk/snowshoe)
1 Point per 3 miles biked
1 Point per 20 minutes of weight lifting, Pilates, yoga, stretching or abs
1 Point per 15 minutes of another form of cardio (i.e. kick boxing, aerobics elliptical)
1 Per day where you reach a minimum of 7 servings of fruits and veggies

My points:
  • At my last check in, I ended with 32 points on Dec 1.
  • December 2: 3.6 miles = 3.6 points
  • December 4: 6 miles = 6 points
  • December 5: 1 hour weights = 3 points
  • December 6: 1 hour weights = 3 points
  • December 7: 3.6 miles = 3.6 points
  • December 8: 1 hour weights = 3 points
  • December 9: 3.7 miles = 3.7 points
  • December 11: 10 miles = 10 points
  • December 13: 1 hour weighs = 3 points
  • December 14: 3.6 miles = 3.6 points
  • December 15: 1 hour weights = 3 points
  • December 18: 5 miles = 5 points
  • December 19: 4.3 miles = 4.3 points
  • December 20: 1 hour weights = 3 points
  • December 21: 3.6 miles = 3.6 points
  • December 25: 2.4 miles = 2.4 points
  • December 26: 6.9 miles = 6.9 points
  • December 28: 4.9 miles = 4.9 points
Total for December so Far: 75.6 points
Total for the challenge so far: 107.6 points!!

great job with hbbc. especially the point tallying. i love numbers but man that's a lot to keep track of ha!
