HBBC Update

The Holiday Bootie Buster Challenge is in full effect!

Here's my oh-so-long update (recorded in Log Your Run).

12/3: 9.3 mile run, 9.3 points
12/4: off day
12/5: off day
12/6: 3.6 mile run, 3.6 points
12/7: 40 min lap swimming, 4 points
12/8: 3.4 mile run, 3.4 points
12/9: 40 min lap swimming, 4 points
WEEK THREE TOTAL: 24.2 points


12/10: 11 mile run, 11 points
12/11: off day
12/12: 40 min lap swimming, 4 points
12/13: 3.6 mile run, 3.6 points
12/14: 40 min lap swimming, 4 points
12/15: 3.6 mile run, 3.6 points
12/16: off day (traveling to FL)
WEEK FOUR TOTAL: 26.2 points (ooo, great total)


12/17: off day
12/18: 6.9 mile run, 6.9 points
12/19: off day
12/20: 3.6 mile run, 3.6 points
12/21: 40 min lap swimming, 4 points
12/22: 3.6 mile run, 3.6 points 
12/23: 30 min lap swimming, 4 points and 20 min weight training, 1 point
WEEK FIVE TOTAL: 23.1 points


NOTE: I'm not really doing the "7 servings of veggies" thing because I don't log my food and have no plan to.
